”The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable. ”

”Expedia $63.55 Transaction details The merchant EXPEDIA 73337227501820 I went to check in at coachmans hotel in wynne arkansas in the United States. And show the management worker that i paid $63.55 for the room online the confirmation number 73337227501820 and the to explain and the office manager informed me that they don't accept online reservation online. So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans...

”The room was spacious and it was comfortable in every way. Left too early for the breakfast but they looked like they had a lot of choices. Would stay again ”

”fair experience. grounds very clean. reserved a king bed with river view for my 40th wedding anniversary. they claim their was no room available so they put me in a double bed looking towards the woods. beds are not very big. not very impressive. i was checking in at 5 pm so it was not early and i booked the room 6 weeks ago.”

”I really enjoyed my stay here. I was able to use the gym and the pool. The pool was heated and very relaxing. The room was clean and smelled amazing throughout the hotel. I would definitely visit again”

”Our reservation had not been registered to hotel system but friendly receptionist solved the issue after amazing efforts. I got some bed bug bites in this hotel. Seems to be that every time I visit US I'll meet bed bugs in some hotel.”

”The staff were friendly and welcoming. I frequently travel with my two dogs. This was the first hotel that made an effort to make me feel as if dogs were welcome. The person who checked me in asked me to fill out a card asking for dogs names and gave me a door hanger letting cleaning staff know that dogs were in room. She also gave us a room close to nearest door to pet relief area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Nice hotel but we did have a couple of issues. Our first room - tv didn’t work, safe wouldn’t lock. Moved to another room - tv didn’t work after 1st day. Facility was very nice. Our biggest issue is that they won’t let guests use a bag cart unless you pay for assistance by staff. We have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for a baggage cart. All of the restaurants were very good. ”

”Room was dirty and outdated. Paint off the walls, no protective mattress cover with stains on the mattress, bathtub stained and even walls were dirty. Wont stay here again.”
