Frog Leap cabin was exactly what I needed! The mountain view was stunning, and the cabin was cozy, clean, and so peaceful. Karen was a wonderful host- very communicative and even gave me a great deal! I left relaxed and already want to come back!

Absolutely breath taking views!! Very clean:) best stay we have ever had in Hiawassee ga,well worth it and close to town. I love the frogs

The view was awesome! Close to town. Loved having a wood burning fireplace! Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This house has incredible views, beautifully decorated and so well equipped.We had a wonderful time chasing waterfalls. But our favorite thing was sitting on the deck, taking in the beautiful Mountain View and the beautiful sky. Also great stargazing at night. The house is so convenient to restaurants the grocery store . It was super clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable and check-in was easy . Karen is a great host. We can’t wait to come back. This is the best VRBO we have ever been to. thank you for having us.

The view is great. We sat on the balcony every morning to drink coffee and read our books. It was an upstairs balcony allowing us to see wildlife but feel comfortable that they wouldn’t be easily joining our morning coffee. It was only 7 minutes from a grocery store, so it was nice that we could easily go to town.Communication with the host was simple when I had a question. The downstairs was fully remodeled, and the upstairs had a perfect rustic cabin feel for a mountain cabin. There was a telescope (and we had brought ours too), but unfortunately, we weren’t able to test it due to cloudy nights.

What a fantastic property and host! Our host was very attentive and accommodating, I can’t recommend Karen enough. She knew the answers to everything we asked. What a gem!The property is super cute and had anything you could imagine that you’d need. The cleanliness was stellar and the views are spectacular! My family really enjoyed this property and our stay was the best we’ve ever had. I recommend this precious, whimsical property. Thank you for a fabulous visit!!!

Driveway to the cabin is hidden and tough to turn into. Best to go up the hill then turn around and approach the driveway from the left as it is a tight turn. Driveway was all stones and shifted during the turn into and out of the cabin. We were told that it was going to be fixed and made easier to drive on. There is no grass on the property but our little senior dogs did well on it. The cabin is well appointed and lovely. Great view. The washer and dryer are down the stairs but in great condition . The frog decorations are really cute and the home is very comfortable.

The view was nice from the living room. The kitchen was well supplied. Nice washer and dryer. However, I never felt safe at this cabin. Have stayed at multiple state park cabins with very few problems as a comparison. But this cabin is down in a hollow with overgrown bushes, half the security lights don't work. There are 4 sets of outside patio doors which don't lock well. I can't recommend this and would never go back.
