Tämä kiinteistö sijaitsee kauniissa Sunset Bayssä ja on päivitetty tammikuussa 2015 tuoreilla uusilla vuoteilla ja koristeilla. Tule nauttimaan päivityksistä. Tämä koti tarjoaa upeat näkymät järvelle molemmilta parvekkeilta. 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet, graniitti työtasot kaikkialla. Tupla-autotalli. Peitetty veneen lipsahdus sisältyy vuokraan. Televisiot kaikissa huoneissa ja blue ray / dvd olohuoneessa ja isäntä. Kiinteistössä sijaitseva tenniskenttä sekä Sunset Bay Homeownersin tarjoamat turvalliset venevarastot. Täydellinen Wifi ja kaapeli streaming-tarpeitasi varten sekä yhteisöpaviljonki grillaamiseksi ja suosikki aterioiden syömistä varten. Grillaustarvikkeet mukana.

Varauksesi sisältää 2 melontalautaa, 3 hengen kanootti ja 2 kajakkia, jotka on talletettu autotallissa nautinnoksesi ja nautintoasisi ilman lisäkustannuksia. 24 'Pontoon-vene on vuokrattavissa uskomattomaan nähtävyyteen ja tutkimiseen. Seikkailut odottavat perhettäsi tässä hyvin varustetussa kiinteistössä.

Ponttonien vuokraus on lisämaksu, ja se on varattava kysynnän mukaan. 200 dollaria päivässä tai 800 dollaria viikossa.

Melontalautojen, kanootin ja kajakkien sekä ponttoniveneen käyttö nautitaan omalla vastuulla, ja luopuminen on suoritettava ennen niiden käyttöä.

Ui pois telakan päästä, kun illallinen on ruoanlaittoa, tai suuntaa alas Towns Countyn rantaan vain 1. 8 mailin päässä. Georgia Mountain Fair Grounds on alle 2 mailin päässä talosta.

Tämä alue tunnetaan turmeltumattomista näkymistä vaellus- ja pyöräilyreiteiltä sekä kauniilta vesiputouksista ja lehtineen. Paljon vuoristoalueiden antiikkimyymälöitä ostoksille ja kaupan metsästykselle ympäri aluetta.

30 minuutin päässä Alpine Helen Resortista, joka sijaitsee Chattahoocheen kansallismetsässä. Maalauksellisista maisemistaan tunnettu lomakeskus tarjoaa ostosmahdollisuuksia, letkuja, minigolfia, kärryjä, vetoketjua ja paljon muuta toimintaa.

Close to the lake and the marina we rented a boat from. Plenty of room for our family. We have stayed in this complex before so pretty much knew what to expect as far as the lake and location. It was clean and all questions were answered promptly.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

This was our 3rd time staying in Sunset Bay condos and each time has been perfect. Everything we needed and then some. The (grown) kids used the paddle board and kayak and it was super convenient when we rented a pontoon from the ridges. Decor was nice and beds were comfy

Birthday weekend fun

Nice VRBO. Very comfortable and clean. Each bedroom has a bathroom! Lots of steps up to main floor and another set to bedrooms on 3rd floor. Lake view from master. It was great to have a covered boat slip. Thanks for the memorable trip!

Great stay in Hiawassee

The townhome is very well maintained with plenty of room and well stocked. The garage is deep enough to park 2 cars and the covered dock makes it very convenient to leave your boat on the water during your stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

My 3 siblings and sister in law stayed at the condo. (We have not vacationed together in over 50 years.) Had a blast, condo was great only we are not as young and the stairs gave us all our exercise for the next year. Would recommend renting again. Thanks

Owner Abuses Security Deposit

Nice location, but unpleasant, awful and nasty experience with the owner. The owner abuses the security deposit. Extremely complex checkout procedure: forgetting to dispose of anything will result in charging the deposit. I followed the checkout instructions precisely. I did two hours of cleaning before I left the property, proud. Yet, the owner sent me an insulting ugly message : "Trash and liquor bottles left inside the house. Kitchen left in a greasy nasty mess. Cleaning staff charged extra to clean the mess up left behind." I have my own rental property elsewhere and never treat my guests like this - its sad. The apartment was very poorly stocked and they were stingy with cleaning supplies. There are no sponges to wash the dishes. For a 5 night stay, they left two dishwashing detergent tablets. I had to wash the dishes by hand without sponges using small pieces of clothing. Despite this inconvenience, I did my best to clean everything. One of the guests may have left a bottle of whiskey. The owner seems to want to use that to suggest that there was a lot of drinking going on - which there was not. If the owner doesn't want any alcohol on their premises, they have the option to make that a rule, but this would result in fewer renters. During our stay, the owner took 3 days to respond to a question I asked about the safety waiver, wasting our time. See previous negative reviews which confirm the deposit abuse, a very loud refrigerator, TVs not working, etc. Stay away!

First, knowing that there were 17 steps to walk up before you entered the condo would have been nice to know. This made it difficult for my older mom to go in and out. Second, the view from the living room was non existent. Not as listed. Third, listing stated there were TVs in EVERY room on 2 different places on the listing. That was untrue. Only in living room and master bedroom. Not good for my older mom who watches TV constantly and couldn't. Fourth, The refrigerator made an awful noise all weekend. Messaged the owner and she called right back. Texted her the fridge label so she could research how to get it to stop and never heard back from her. Fifth, The fridge was also dirty and had old crumbs in it. Was not cleaned as it should've been. Sixth, one of the bathrooms was not cleaned. It had hair all over the shower wall and was totally disgusting. We did have a good time spending time together but the condo didn't live up to our expectations we had from the listing. I would not stay here again.

Horrible experience with this owner

We checked in and the unit that had not been cleaned. The cleaning lady got there at about 5:00 (check in was at 4:00) Once she came she did a good job but it started our trip off bad. The cleaning lady left at 8:00. The owner refunded me (mailed a check) for one nights stay due to the unit not being cleaned!! Per the instructions for check out we stripped the beds and put all linens from 4 beds in the laundry room along with the used towels and wash clothes. She now wants to charge me an “extra cleaning fee” for excessive laundry. How is it excessive when it’s from her beds? Do not rent from her! I’ve stayed at many places and have NEVER had this problem. The issue is that she refunded us one night due to the unit not being clean upon check in but now wants to charge us the same amount for excessive laundry. She’s just trying to recoup that first night. We even reused our towels. Stay away from here! Very unethical!

Perfect location in Hiawassee

This place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this was central to most activities and even ended up being in the same complex as the other guests. Great location, easy walk down to the water, Great water toys provided. Beautifully decorated, and all amenities provided. Cyndi was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Definitely hope to return to visit with our friends in the future!

Beautiful decor and sparkling clean

This town home is just lovely - deserves 5 stars. It was so pristine we felt like we were the first renters. The guest book proved us wrong - there were many well satisfied before us. Just a note that there are stairs to climb - a flight from the entrance to the main floor and another to the second. The lake view is somewhat obstructed by trees but the waterfront is very close. We especially loved the large lakeside pavilion. It was the perfect spot to watch sunsets and make s’mores in the stone fireplace. The complex is private, safe and well maintained. The host, Cyndi Herbert, was gracious. She responded quickly throughout the rental experience.

Perfect Spot

Great like location on beautiful Lake Chatuge. Convenient boat slip included, kayaks, SUP’’s, canoe!! If you enjoy being on the water this is the place for you!! We will definitely try to get back there!
