The Perfect View -Hiawassee upscale mountain cabin

"The Perfect View" is a mountain top upscale cabin nestled up to thousands of acres of national forest. Enjoy your coffee from our coffee bar while taking in our breathtaking year round long range mountain views from the deck. Three Bedrooms sleep up to 7 adults. Every bed luxuriously appointed with memory foam mattresses & memory foam or hypo-allergenic down alternative pillows to choose from. Relax by the firepit outside or the fireplace inside. Only 20 miles to Helen, 4 miles to Lake Chatuge.

The space
Situated at the top of a mountain, this property provides breathtaking long range Mountain Views from all bedrooms as well as our deck in the front.

Guests have access to Netflix, FRNDLY TV, Prime Video, and more as well as hi-speed wifi internet.

Large fire pit by the front deck overlooks the valley and mountains beyond and provides a great area for relaxing and enjoying s’mores and it’s the family at sunset. You’ll find one of the most spectacular long range Mountain Views in north Georgia right here at this deck.

Each bed(other than the day bed) has a memory foam mattress as well as your choice of either goose down alternative pillows or memory foam cluster pillows.

SPECIAL NOTE: roads are paved but very steep. Not recommended to drive up or down during snow/ice. So keep a close eye on the weather before your trip in winter months. Your trip may need to be adjusted or canceled all together if bad winter weather is forecasted. Thankfully heavy snow is very rare in North Georgia!

No refunds given if you see critters. We are deep in the mountains. You could see anything from bugs to bears or bigfoot. Do not harass the wildlife.

It was probably one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at using VRBO. It was clean, it was beautiful, very nice furnishings, comfortable bed, couldn’t ask for a nice place. The views were breathtaking. The host kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fall break get away

For our daughters fall break, we wanted a weekend get away with spectacular Mountain View’s and boy did this deliver!! The Mountain View from this property is beyond any place I’ve ever stayed. Property was super clean, well maintained, and totally stocked with the necessary supplies to cook your own meals. Our kids loved the coffee bar and made cider and hot chocolate through out the day. We had a wonderful fire in the fire pit one night and watched the sun set. It was so relaxing and gave us exactly what we needed to truly connect and relax. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, checking in to make sure we had no issues and providing recommendations for day time activities. Highly recommend!!

An Amazing Stay

This place is literally the perfect view, the house is located on the top of a mountain with the most amazing view. Its is such a pretty house perfect for small families or couples. Its up dated and has so much space. The rooms are so comfy and welcoming. Very well equipment kitchen everything is easy to use and everything was so clean. Now upon arrival the road is steep, but once you go up a couple times you don’t really feel it. We did have a little altercation here but Cliff the property owner was so amazing helping us with what he could. Another thing we loved is the he was so comunative and so friendly. We truly loved staying here. We definitely recommend.

Heavenly view

We've been coming to Hiawassee for 13 summers & this by far was our favorite house. Being up so high, the view of the mountains is beyond incredible, especially at sunset. The house is so clean, fairly new, beautifully decorated & has everything one needs (TP, paper towels, spices & utensils for cooking).The owner had excellent communication & seems like a really nice guy. All in all it was a dreamy vacation for our family of 7. The only downside was getting used to the steep road up to the house, but the heavenly view at the top was worth it.

The house was clean, well appointed, and very relaxing. Incredible views, charming interior, and covered parking. The road up to the property is absolutely manageable, we have a front wheel drive mini van and it had no issues.

Spectacular Mountain Home!

Let me just say I have stayed at quite a few rental homes/cabins but have never had an experience like this one! The home had every accomodation you could need and was extremely well stocked and clean! Absolutely loved the coffee bar and comfy beds with pillows abound! The decor was so beautiful as well as the property! The deck and fire pit were wonderful for relaxing and taking in the SPECTACULAR Mountain views! The drive up the first time as someone else said was a little nerve wracking but you do adjust to it quickly. On top of everything thing else the owner was SUPER responsive and so very NICE! I would definitely stay here again and again as well as tell everyone I know about it!

The Perfect View for the Perfect Weekend Stay

We found the property to be everything it claimed to be and more. The drive up is very very steep and a little scary. Luckily we had a big diesel truck that didn’t mind the climb. I will admit that after a few days of going up and down the road and driveway, it got less and less intimidating. That first trip up and down is something you won’t forget though. It was a great weekend with our family of 4 plus 2. Our kids are 26 and 21 and it was nice to be all together in one house for several days.
