”Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door.”

”Club level room with great city views. Club offerings of high quality. Liked the hotel bar. Situation nice wihin walking distance to Ginza and Hibiya Park and inside connection to metro station. Room for minor improvement: f.i. Sauna (clean but increase temperature) in common bathing area and lack of proper cocktail-menu in club (eventhough offerings are very fresh, tasty and wine menu is acceptable)”

”Hotel excelente!”

”This hotel should post on its site that there is NO smoking room within the hotel building. They offered an uninformative map for public smoking rooms within 3 minutes walk each. Never found either of them and checked out from this hotel. The area where the hotel was situated was tall office buildings and not much else.”

”Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!”

”Superb customer service Compliments to Mr Gigi”

”Quiet hotel , even on the rail track side, good size for Central Tokyo. Nice amenities in the room. You cannot beat the central location next to the Ginza line and nearby imperial palace. Numerous restaurants nearby. It is in a quieter area at night so keep that in mind if you are looking for a party. Restaurant is reasonable for the centre of a major city but there are many alternatives right next door or even higher end a few blocks away. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. I thought...

”Great hotel with amazing views”

”Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit...
