”I travel a lot and have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels many times. The hotel was nice and it was very clean. The hotel staff at the front counter seemed distracted and not listening well. I had reserved with a personal card and handed the staff a business card at check in and said, please use this card. They used my personal card instead of the card I handed them. Then I found a charge to the credit card that was an error and had to get it reversed at the front desk. The person was new and...

”Parking was awful. We paid for airport parking in their lot while we were gone. There weren’t any spots so we had to hop a curb and park in the grass. We called for shuttle transport from the airport back to the hotel. We were told they should be at the airport in 15 mins. We waited over an hour, called the hotel multiple times which they just kept hanging up on us. We had 2 little kids in 100 degree weather waiting for the shuttle that never came.”

”Terrible service, arrived 11pm and proceeded to check in. During the check in process 5 American Airlines crew arrived and the lady stoped checking me in and proceeded to check in the crew. Then i got the wrong room, i specifically payed for a King bed. When i got down to let her know she said it was somehow my fault for arriving late, then that it was the hotels fault for selling more rooms than they had. Shower did not work properly too. Terrible! Many other hotels in the area!”
