”Very few positive aspects. Out of the three front desk clerks, two of them were polite and helpful. Mattress was ok. Cleanliness of room was acceptable. Breakfast items were edible. Coffee was good. The location in Zionsville was convenient. Negative aspects include an extraordinarily surly, aggressive and unhelpful front desk clerk immediately upon arrival, very loud guests in the hallway at midnight hours for a long period of time, broken elevator trapped guests and required loud emergency...

”We could not use the water in the staff was not helpful or apologetic. We cannot use the gym. The tub did not drain in the bathroom.”

”The pool was freezing and there was clear signs of water damage and mold in the ceiling above the pool. Everything else was good the pool was just very horrible.”

”Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

”Room was advertised with a soaking tub, but there was no tub. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was clean but felt a bit dirty due to being "old" and not updated. Carpet was old and looked dirty. I thought the price was high for the quality. Staff were nice and helpful. However, the manager spent a good amount of time outside and at one point someone couldn't check in due to him not being there. I know because my room key was deactivated and I couldn't get in my room and was waiting...

”My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts.”

The ceiling was cracked and pieces kept falling off. Microwave was disgusting and dresser had a bug in it.”

”I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours.
