”The lobby was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, the walls are quite thin you can easily hear other guests, even the slightest noise from neighboring rooms.
That said, when we mentioned the issue, the staff responded quickly and helped us by moving to another room, which we appreciated. The elevators were also a bit slow.
Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, though soundproofing and elevator speed could be improved.”

”We turned down whatever breakfast was available as they charge a hefty fee for it - $10 for yogurt. Was was absolutely stunning, and something I have NEVER encountered in all my travels, they did not offer free coffee! Either as a standalone or at the breakfast counter.
We stayed on the first floor and from the check-in area down the hall was the persistent smell of a toilet, urine or stool or both.
