We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. However we do wish they would do soemthing a little safer with the hot tub area, either fix and refill it or something else to where there isnt an open space with lose rocks.
