*Smart Deadbolt lock. We will give you a personalized code so previous guests will not have access.

*We have a Minut Sensor, it does not record and is not a camera. It monitors the environment. It will recognize certain things in the environment and will send us an alert to our phone. It will alert us if the smoke detector alarms, it shows us the temperature and humidity in the home, it monitors for mold, occupancy, motion, and noise monitoring by decibel, without recording or listening. It does not collect, store, or share personal data. Minut is a home sensor built for privacy and safety for the guest. It looks like a smoke detector mounted on the ceiling near the dining room table.

*We have a Eufy doorbell camera, a driveway motion light/camera. No other cameras are on the property.
*No smoking of any kind inside. Smoking allowed outside.
*Please cover couches and chairs if you have pets or small children. Covers will be in the cabinets by the fireplace.
*Pet fee is $50 PER pet.
*No Fish Cleaning of any kind is allowed inside or outside of the property. No disposing of fish carcasses ect in outdoor garbage can. Please clean your fish at the lake. Dispose of any fish cleaning remainders prior to coming to property.
