”Before our arrival, the host provided clear driving directions, recommended great restaurants, and shared helpful tips for accessing the beach and finding parking. She even asked if we’d like fresh fruit, so when we arrived, we found a bowl of fruit waiting for us, bottled water in the refrigerator, and the air conditioning and fan already running to keep the space cool and comfortable. ”The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.”

”it was a short conversation when I checked in. The front desk asked for my ID copy and credit card, did not mention other things like breakfast arrangement, nearby restaurant info if we are interested. The breakfast is very basic, even did not have hot oatmeal. Its location is good.”

”I was made to feel like a prisoner I this motel. In the middle of the night, not mentioned in check IN, I was made to feel like a prisoner once scolded to “enter from the back” after discovering the lobby door was locked. The front desk agent pointed towards the back of complex and screamed at me that I was to enter from there. Again, not mentioned in check in… The room floors were disgusting. Im literally surprised that I didn’t leave the property with a staph infection.”
