”The room was clean and the breakfast was good with several options to choose from. The staff was friendly. The parking for overnight was good.”

”Room clean and modern. Would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner; also the coffee machine out front was either low on product or the settings were off. For example we tried to get some hot chocolate and it was basically light brown water. You could see the bottom of the cup through the liquid and it tasted like hot water with a drop of chocolate flavoring.”

”This Holiday Inn was in the perfect location. The staff was helpful. The main draw back of this hotel is that it in despite need of repair. Walking on the carpet felt like walking on rocks. Our suite had mold on the shower ceiling and the outside walls of the shower had mold and were soft like it was crumbling. The tile in the kitchen was lifting up, which I tripped on. With some attention this could be a great hotel as it is in a really good location.”

The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!”

”The Hampton Inn Provo exceeds all expectations! Check-in was fast, and the customer service was fantastic throughout our whole stay. Our room was very clean, quiet, and cozy. Having free breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, and an indoor pool/hot tub made our trip even better. Plus, the views of the mountains in the background are beautiful!”
