I asked the staff for my Money back and even call you guys because the mentioned that was the only way and in the process of agruing with them for my money my “Time” for a refund it went past its “period”. ”First impression was not good. Had to wait over an hour after check in time for room to be ready. Very first night there was a guest in the next room playing loud music and talking. Had to call the front desk the next night to report the same guest. They handled the situation and it was not an issue for the rest of our stay. We loved our room location and the layout of the room. It had a separate room with a pull out couch, a dry sink and a tv. Housekeeping was amazing. Never had to ask for...

”Place was unreliable their room I bought was under construction so they took my money and cancelled my reservation before I got there. No help at all and wouldn’t answer expedias calls ”

”Could not check in early,so we found something to do then tried to check in at 7pm and was told my reservation was cancelled or my room was given away I ended up getting a single bed instead of two beds or how they had it advertised as two bedroom and the room we got was dirty and run down the heater didn't work so they had a cheap Walmart plug in heater that only blew cold air so we froze all night ”

”The blankets were still dirty and the toilet was leaking from the bottom everytime you flush . The tub was dirty . But over all great customer service. ”

I appreciated how clean and neat our room was; however, it did have a very heavy smell as though someone had been smoking. AC works well but caps at 72F past 10PM (I prefer 69F) and you can't change it until the next day. Hot water, cold mini fridge, fresh toiletries. The hot breakfast was excellent, far surpassed my expectations. I got there a little before 8:30AM and they were still...
