”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to accommodate two adults and two grandchildren. The free breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The free pulled pork BBQ dinner was a surprise and it was nice to have the free cocktails. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend the hotel to families traveling through or to St. Louis.”

”The staff at La Quinta Festus were very kind and helpful. They allowed an early check in. The room was..gross. It reeked of mildew. It felt very damp in the room. The shower was peeling from where they had attempted to paint over issues in the tub. And all of the paint on the walls in the room/bathroom was patchy. It worked for a bed for the night, but we won’t stay again.”

”The pool was out of order(not listed on the website), our first room the bed and headboard smelled like pee and there was no shower curtain, the 2nd room they switched us too you couldn't open the closet and we found hot pink underwear between the bed and nightstand. The elevator handles broke off, there were large garage bags left in the hallways overnight and pet food left in the hallways, the 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 1:30am and at no point could we find staff to tell us what was...

”Beautiful rooms with great showers! Smoking is permitted at some places on property so there is a faint odor of smoke everywhere bit you can tell the staff work hard to keep everything clean. The Asian noodle restaurant on property is delicious!”

”It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night”

”This is our favorite hotel. My husband and I and our two kids (12 and 15) love staying here. The rooms, pool (it’s indoor and outdoor) and fitness room are all great. The breakfast is delicious. The dinners smell fantastic (we usually eat out so we haven’t tried it). Fresh popped popcorn in the lobby and 3 complimentary adult beverages per evening is a real treat as well. The staff are courteous and welcoming. We hate leaving when our stay is finished.”

”Great hotel! The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The pool and gym area was very peaceful! The hotel rooms were clean, I would recommend leaving more towels in the hotel rooms though. We only received more and had to request more. But, other than that I have no complaints.”

”Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was warm and welcoming, breakfast options were limited but available if needed, and free covered parking with direct access to the hotel was available, which was perfect when storms rolled thru the night we stayed. Highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting the St. Louis metro area.”
