”My stay there was okay, it was hot in there initially and the air was very dry and rough to breathe in, not exactly sure why outside of the temperate. But my roommate and I woke up with a raspy throat. The surrounding location is pretty bare, you have one small shop within a 5-8 minute proximity to you for essentials. And outside of that you’d need to drive a bit to get to any NICE restaurants and coffee etc. the owner was very nice though and the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was...

”Very large and clean room. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable beds. All the necessary amenities were provided. Also, it’s a small thing, but a pet peeve of mine is when properties have inadequate hooks for hanging towels. This room was thoughtfully designed with plenty of towels AND a sufficient number of hooks, which I very much appreciated. The location is excellent - close to the Rainier entrance and made it easy to get into the park early.”

”First it’s not a lodge, it’s a motel with all rooms having an exterior entrance facing the highway. Our door had light coming in the door jamb. The bed was a mattress on a spring bed frame - I woke up each morning with a stiff back. The office has a room with coffee and the most extensive tea assortment I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately it was only open at 8:00 am. There was a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room. One ice maker for the entire lodge. I wouldn’t stay again.”
