”Owner was very nice and friendly. LOTS of extra amenities , such as earplugs, chapstick, full kitchen, coffee, muffins, cookies, check in and out was simple and convenient. Easy walk to harbor area and shops.”

”I made a reservation on the phone for Thursday July 23rd and was mistakenly booked for Wednesday July 22 and didn’t find out about the mistake until the morning of the 23rd I’m sure I was sent a confirmation but did not see it I have a witness that I reserved the room for the 23rd”

”So incredibly charming. The staff was so friendly, and the hotel has a beautiful dining and outdoor patio area. The rooms are what we expected for this type of preserved property, not spacious but again, what we expected. Comfortable bed, quiet and walkable to everywhere downtown. I would highly recommend.”

”The hotel grounds were lovely, the room was clean, neat, well appointed. The balcony overlooking the water was beautiful. It was relaxing and although we didn’t use the pool, others did and it is a lovely setting, well maintained.”

”Wonderful and welcoming "old school" motel on the Rockport/Rockland border. Beautiful trees and greenery insulate the property from the road noise of Route 1. Our room had a back porch looking out on trees and flowers. Friendly staff welcomed us, and greeted us again for our free and delicious breakfast on the breezy cool porch of the main house. My wife and I will stay here again on our next trip to Maine. Five Stars!”

”The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!”

The proprietor was friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient to Camden, Rockport, Lincolnville, Northport, and Belfast.”
