”All was good, but the property needs some major refit - upgrade! Regarding their swimming pool Expedia needs to write as the same as the breakfast is ticked, same needs to be done with swimming pool as they say it’s NOT included in the they call it package! I have tried to explain that wasn’t a package and usually if there is a pool, guests can use it! I have been allowed to use it, but it needs to be marked as same as the breakfast otherwise it will need to be paid for!”

”This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong.
Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside.
