”The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us useful information about walks and transport. The room was compact, and the bathroom a little dated but city was all clean. Even in summer air conditioning was not needed. Free parking and easy walk to restaurants and the train station is 2 minutes walk away. From there you can travel using a day ticket for €7 to any of the stops the High Tatras network. Breakfast was fresh, but quite a lot of meat and egg dishes. Only issue was that we requested...

”Uitzonderlijk goed restaurant. Michelin ster waardig. Fantastische wijnkaart. Bediening professioneel.
Zwembad beetje klein en te koud. Bubbelbad te warm. Jammer.
Kamer op 3e verdieping veel te klein (325) door schuin dak. Geen plek om je koffer neer te leggen. 1 persoonsbed erg smal. Kamer ook te warm. Airco werkt slecht en raampje dat open kan is veel te klein. Neem een duurdere kamer.
Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Lekkere koffie!
Verder heel mooi hotel als je er doorheen loopt....

”All was good, but the property needs some major refit - upgrade! Regarding their swimming pool Expedia needs to write as the same as the breakfast is ticked, same needs to be done with swimming pool as they say it’s NOT included in the they call it package! I have tried to explain that wasn’t a package and usually if there is a pool, guests can use it! I have been allowed to use it, but it needs to be marked as same as the breakfast otherwise it will need to be paid for!”
