”We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. It is exceptionally stylish, clean, and modern. However, there were two downsides: the front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly, and more importantly, the bathroom door wouldn't lock. Other than these points, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our time here.”

”Lobby was nice and inviting. The registration staff were pleasant. We were there for my son’s MBA graduation and they had treat bags for the graduation guests. 😁 The hotel room was clean The decor was a little dated but not terribly. Toilet was constantly running but we were so busy there was no time to report it. Breakfast was limited and according to my son “Meh” so we got Dunkin Donuts. Checkout was effortless.”

”I didn't read enough when booking the stay and didn't realize the check in process was virtual. I was caught off guard by there not being someone to check me in, but the process was super easy to do on my phone and customer service was friendly and fast to respond via text.
Was only there for one night but there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. I had a fantastic bowl of ramen at noodle boulevard and came back and played a couple of games of pool in the lounge.
My suite was clean...

”I liked the courtyard access however the pool was green and not open even though it said it was open may to September . The breakfast wasn't good there was never any reg coffee only decaf and no creamer , if u weren't down at 6am there was very little left to choose from”
