”i had my do not disturb sign out, and early morning there was a cleaning guys knocking on the doors, and cleaning the door. loud, i told front lobby, talked to the manager, its the only time i get to rest on vacation, and clearly didnt happen. chdck out is till 11, and early morning theyre already kicking you out. i dont recommend this property being a resort, i would expect better costumer service. even if i get compt a free room here, i wouldnt stay anymore. ”

”This is not a new property but newly renovated - it is beautiful - my room was great - the courtyard has a pool and an outdoor restaurant area. The restaurant was great as well - great service and delicious food. Nice patio. All in all it is really great - Staff was great but the morning person at the registration desk was surprisingly grumpy both times i had to go ask a question - I left very early and the night person and security staff were kind, and very helpful. I'll go back for sure!!”

”This was terrible! I booked the banana suite. When I checked in all good went to my room and it wasn’t the suite I booked. There was hair on the floor and not clean, I asked why they put me the room. They why I booked wasn’t available. I brought food and drinks to heat up and cook. Had the food spoil, when asked why didn’t notify she said that was Expedia they had to. I asked to speak to the manager nothing. Overall even I had gotten the suit the hotel looked ran down noisy and not clean. ”
