”This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality.”

”Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended.”

”Construction was underway, so there wasn't much to enjoy, and there were roaches in the room.”

”It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet.”

”Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.”
