”Great location & enjoyed my stay”

”Reservation made through Expedia months ago. I arrived and they said we are pretty full and your room is way around back. Non upgraded room. Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. ”We had a lovely room on the ground floor. It wasn't noisy at all, except for the highway right next to the hotel. The room was completely adequate, no complaints at all. The bed wasn't half bad, actually slept! Usually hotel bed are harder than we are used to and we toss and turn all night. Either we were just plain tired, or the bed was better and we could actually sleep. Nice hot showers. Desk area for working on a sketchbook. The free breakfast was okay. ”Honestly this was really great and for the price we didn’t expect it to be so. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean! Would stay again!!”

”The hotel didn’t have the 2 bedding situation that we originally booked so they gave us a king bed and a rollaway. Pool was nice to have open 24hrs. Someone’s dog was loose in the hotel and pooped in the hallway. There were kinda funky smells throughout the place. But all the staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept refilling the breakfast when it was low so it was fresh. ”

”Staff was kind and helpful, daily included breakfast was great and much appreciated as were the coin operated laundry machines. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. ”

”The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure...

”the room was not very clean. Previous occupant left hair in tub and shower walls that were not cleaned off. Rug was dirty with food crumbs that were also on the chair. Had to spent time cleaning before we could unpact”

”Pool and spa out of commission, bathroom is nasty and dated. I had to tale a cold shower after waiting an hour to see if the hot water would return. It did not, no hot water”

”A disappointing Marriott property. My shower didn’t work, the handset on my landline phone didn’t work, sat at a counter for 10 minutes waiting to order breakfast and finally left. My room faced the street and was noisy. The air conditioner faced the bed and woke me up. This is just another beat up airport hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again”

”Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice. ”
