”The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze ”

”Room was clean but very old. Windows are dirty. Screens are ripped. Has a bad odor in the room. Luckily no carpeting. Shower pan was not very good. Breakfast was very good. Good choice options”

”Huone oli kulunut ja tunkkaisen hajuinen. Ilmastoinnista tuli todella huonolaatuista ilmaa, minkä vuoksi oli hankala nukkua. Wifi toimi huonosti. Aamupala oli huono ja tuotteita loppu, piti pyytää täydennyksiä. Huono hinta-laatusuhde. En menisi ikinä uudestaan. ”

”Breakfast was good. Loved the bathroom and shower. Nice to have a microwave and clean refrigerator. Air conditioner was noisy and mattress was softer than I would like. Very convenient location. I would stay again.”

”The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place.”

”Unfortunately we had to move rooms because there were multiple roaches when we went in. The room we were moved to appeared to have not been used in a while so it was hot when we walked in. We also had to kill two brown recluses (one on the floor under air conditioner and one in the sink). There were spider webs in the corners and dead bugs on the floor. I would not stay here again.”

”The place was a complete dump the room had bugs and 2 glue mouse traps no towels the second bed had no blankets it was maybe the most terrible place I've ever stayed at in my life ”

”Room was semi-clean and stunk like mold or cat piss.Hot water quit in the morning or shower didnt work either way! Air conditioner was good.Parking was plenty but full of potholes. Long story short: Bad hotel. It seems that all the Motel 6 hotels have the same pattern: Terrible.!!! The people running them have destroyed the brand for years till they are going to burry it ! We will avoid Motel 6 in our next future travels :)”

”Small hotel. The room was clean and we enjoyed having the kitchen area in the king suite during our 3 night stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were tasty and a little different each morning. If we ever return to Edwardsville, we would stay here again.”

”It was a simple stay, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but they were quick with no issues. I might have left my white button up in the closet. But overall everything was fine.”

”DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day...

”Black mold and ceiling was failing apart in bathroom. Also the toilet was dirty (from the previous person) when I walked in. Room smelled a little suspicious of moisture that was noticeable.”
