”We had a family death the day we were supposed to check in and the hotel was not accommodating in anyway on a refund or allowing us to change our reservation date. There shouldn’t be do strict a policy that we have lost compassion for someone who loses a loved one. It shouldn’t be profit over kindness.”

”The price was good and even thought it’s a bit older it was clean. The lobby smelled old but was updated and the room didn’t smell so that’s good.
The weight rack is missing a bunch of weights but there are a few cardio machines.
We didn’t use the pool but it looked good and there was a hot tub also.”

”It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date...
