”There are no amenities. This is paying for a bed to sleep in and nothing else. It is clean although room cleaning is extra. The bed is hard and noisy. Basic hotel that is clean but don’t expect any amenities or things you might see at a little nicer hotel”

”We weren't overly thrilled with our stay, it was tolerable. The room was clean when we arrived but the air was a little stale due to lack of air circulation. One of the plug ins on the lamp between the beds didn't work. Not thrilled with little tiny bars of hand soap, would rather have refillable wall pumps. I had to pump body wash from the shower to wash my hands. Our room key cards would not work consistently.. we had to go down to the main desk to get them reactivate at least twice. I would...

”The hotel was nice & in a great location. We were there for 10 days. I had to ask several times for housekeeping to clean our room. The first time all they did was make to bed and left clean towels. I asked again and said please make sure they sweep & mop the bathroom floor. Never happened, not once in 10 days! Slowest housekeeping EVER! Just pure laziness, they “cleaned” 3 times in 10 days, which involved making the bed and throwing clean towels on the bed. Never cleaned the bathroom...

”Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations.”

”King suite is perfect for our needs. Couch is not very comfortable but tge bed is. Frig is great because it has a good size freezer. Stayed in this room many times. Sadly a year ago we reported the TV remote was missing the back and it still is. Also reported one light bulb missing and one needed to be replaced and same was true on this visit. We like it here but it's time to begin refreshing the rooms.”
