”Staff was super friendly, facility was clean, beds & pillows could’ve been more comfortable but overall happy with our one night stay.”

”I had a long day flying and came into my room and immediately went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. It was disgusting and when I asked the woman on duty about it, she said that I needed to call back on Friday to speak to the manager.”

”Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

”Clean, friendly staff, airport shuttle and late check up because I’m a Marriott Member. They didn’t care I booked on Expedia and they even upgraded my room to a suite.”

”The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

”The property was clean, convenient to I95, and close to a few restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both thought the breakfast was better than average with good variety and reasonable freshness. ”

”As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back.”

”I had an accident with my room since it leaked water from the bathroom to the room, I recommend remodeling the entire bathroom of this room since it looks "old" the grout of the tile is dirty and I think it is not the quality standard of the Marriott”

”i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...
