”The property and location convenient. The bathrooms are awful. You either have hot or cold water with no pressure. You cannot adjust the temperature. It is either scalding hot or cold. Took me 20 minutes to get shampoo washed out of hair. Extremely expensive. Would not recommend or stay here”

”Rooms were clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The only real downsides to the place were that the bed did have a very firm/stiff mattress and that the breakfast was not good. But the courtyard was so pretty, the parking lot was gated, and for the price it was worth it! Better than a red roof inn but not as nice as like a hilton but it was worth the money spent. There is a no-smoking policy for everywhere but a smoking area outside one of the entrances including room balconies....

”I visited with my father who is a double amputee. We stayed in separate rooms because he lives by himself. He stayed in a handicapped room. No handicapped rooms are on the first floor. If there was a fire, how would he get down the stairs when the sign on the back of the door says “in case of fire, use the stairs.” Also the doors were so heavy he could barely get in and out of his room by himself. Next time we go to Nashville we will find a more handicapped accessible hotel.”
