”The place is not at all clean dust everywhere, insects in the bathroom, a broken bathroom door, the linen had stains and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while, the general smell is not pleasant, as you walk in there is a dirty towel at the door for shoe wiping instead of a ma, the bathroom is filthy with grime and a disgusting drain. ”Overnight stay before safari - we arrived in the dark after a flight delay and had to leave early so unable to enjoy most of the facilities - but the room was clean, great facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (the receptionist even walked me to the nearest restaurant). Great breakfast. Situated just inside gated estate with high security. Only comment on room is the toilet is inside a frosted glass shower enclosure in the room.”
