Our host was very welcoming. They were very quick to respond to messages and they made sure that we had everything we needed once we arrived. In fact, when we ran eell past our scheduled arrival time, due to flight delays, they reached out to us to make sure everything was okay. They greeted us when we arrived, which might not be for everyone, but it made us feel welcome.The accommodations were outstanding! A spacious and well apointed kitchen. A comfy main room with a well stocked wood stove. Two nice queen bedrooms with their own mini-splits for a/c heating. The entire place was clean and in excellent repair.Oh, did I forget to mention the outdoor spaces? Even though it was January, we enjoyed the sunset views of the mountains while we relaxed in the hot tub on the second-story patio. Which also had a couple of loungers and a patio set.There was also a main-level patio space (that we didn't use due to the season) with a fire pit, propane space heater, ample furniture, and a privacy fence. I didn't see an outdoor grill, but I might have missed it. Both levels also sported a large television and speakers.Very minor negatives are that it is a bit farther from both Zion and Bryce than we would have liked (but there is excellent hiking nearby). And there aren't many good choices for eating out in the general area.We would definitely stay here again. Especially for an extended stay or with more than just the two of us (we didn't utilize the space to its fullest).
