”This is for you who have seen all the regular hotel rooms too many times… I stayed in ”wagon”, everything is so clean and new, and the staff is very helpfull. The big fire place is very nice, people gather there to barbeque share their experiences of Zion trails etc. ”

”We loved the tents but we picked the wrong time of year to go. It was so hot and the fans just didn't do the job of keeping us cool. We would for sure come back but at a different time of year. Everyone was so nice and the tents were beautiful. We had booked for 3 nights but we had to leave and get a hotel. Needed A/C. We did not ask for a refund because we booked thru Expedia and you know you cant get your money back. Please try this place out but check the temperature and go when it is not too...

It is very close to the park (maybe a mile or 2 outside the north entrance), is super spacious, and the views are unbeatable for morning coffee or star gazing or a fire in the fire pit. We knew how to get to and from the place within the first visit without directions. It's isolated so you don't have to worry about noise or safety and it's perfect for a large group. ”This house was all about the amazing views and awesome location. We all had a great time and spent most evenings on your back deck. Added bonus was the pool table and ping-pong table! We had several wildlife sightings on the property which was very exciting. I will say one improvement could be updating the living room furniture. Overall I gave a 5 star review, because you just can’t beat the views! ”
