”There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like. Our stay was perfect, the hotel was clean, the staff friendly. The location was easy to navigate and close to lots of places to eat.”

”The person at check in was rude and not friendly, in fact even lied to us about room availability. Luckily I checked Expedia and for there was availability and it was $100 cheaper. There were no handles in the shower or toliet area, the toliet was low and small, elderly person had hard time getting up. The rooms were not updated to include charging stations so we had to difficulty charging all the devices.”

”No microwave or mini fridge like in the pictures. Parts of the furniture and decor were falling apart. Room seemed clean. Not enough pillows or blankets. No small washcloths. Only face and body towels and a shower mat towel. A/C was good. NOT soundproof at all. Can hear everything in the hallway. Very echoey and hollow. NO elevator. Good parking. Wifi works.”

”The housekeeping staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. And when they came in to do housekeeping, they made the beds so nice and left tons of fresh towels. The breakfast was decent and the dining area very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which had plenty of towels and was clean. We are at Cactus Red's across the parking lot and had some amazing shrimp fajitas! We will definitely stay here again!”

”The staff was friendly, but that is the only good thing about this place. The door handle for our room was sketchy, and our door didn't fully shut (hard to describe), though it did seem to lock. It didn't feel safe at all. There were also people fighting in the parking lot at some point and yelling throughout the night. The room itself wasn't necessarily dirty, but it wasn't really clean either. The place was very rundown. The shower looked gross enough that neither my son nor I used it. The bed...

”The room was good and clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. Your location otherwise was great and very convenient to visit the surrounding areas. Thanks”

”When we checked into our room the staff at the front treated us as if we were pretty much non existent. As we walked down the hall halfway across the hotel for an elevator, we were met with extremely strong smoke and skunk-like odor through the hall and very strong at the elevator. When we got to our room, our beds were dirty with small bugs and dirt as well as bugs and wasps throughout. Our bathroom had many lose and strange fixtures that seemed more broken then helpful like the toilet paper...

”Excellent stay”

”Rooms were spacious. But most the locks on the doors had been pulled off which was weird. Our lock didn’t work so we had to go down again. Staff was nice and breakfast had lots of options.”
