”Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.”

”The elevator was slow and sounded like it was on its last leg. The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor to get ice. The breakfast was just okay. There were two trees near the entrance infested with many birds, and if you parked your car under those two trees your car was covered with bird poop. The room was very clean and smelled fresh! Check-in and checkout was very smooth, quick, and easy.”

”I loved everything about it. It was so nice the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was my alarm clock in the room went off at 6 AM and so it interrupted my sleep.”

”As soon as we arrived, we were forced to use valet parking there was no other option. After checking in, we tried to use the elevator and almost got stuck in it. Luckily, the doors opened back up, and we got out immediately. We then had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. As we walked through the hallways, there was construction everywhere. The ceilings were falling apart, with pieces of wood and paint scattered throughout the hall. On the way to our room, we also noticed the pool...
