Chalet't – Hillsville

”The room was dirty, bedding was disgusting. It was stained, looked as if someone had either vomited or urinated and stained the bed cover, as well as stained blood. We killed a stink bug on the wall and found a dead one on the window sill. Mold on the wall in the bathroom. Very dirty corners of the room and bathroom. We have stayed here for years when we travel. The last 2 times have not been a good experience. We will not be back!!”

”The free breakfast they had for guests starting at like 6 in the morning was fabulous! My girlfriend was quite thrilled about the waffle station, which she managed to use w/ little to no mess! Also the fresh lemon-infused water & cucumber-infused water provided at all times was a big hit! The staff were positively fabulous: very friendly, kind, & personable! Although the facility was undergoing renovation at the time, which limited available parking, the staff were quite willing to allow us...

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there.”

”Nice”

”Helpful to get my neighbor to turn down the TV so I could sleep!”

”Staff was nice. Overall, our room was small but clean. The bathroom was not quite as clean. There was a hair in the tub and some type of goop (shampoo or soap?) overhead in the shower. The hot tub was clean. The pool water looked clean but there were two big clumps of hair at the bottom. We did not swim in the pool because of the hair. We picked this hotel because we wanted to use the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good.”
