”The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any...

”Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!”

”The access to the mall was very convenient. Shuttle from/to the airport was nice.”

”The staff were exceptional, and the services top notch. The only complain I had was the room was too hot and I was trying to adjust the thermostat, but didn’t work . Other than that it was a nice experience.”

”This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!”

”We love this location right in front of the trails to walk, but the staff at the front desk are not always warm and friendly. This is our 2nd time staying here. I loved the shuttle to the MOA and the driver was so courteous and friendly!”

”Staff and breakfast were excellent. Only negatives were the carpet stains next to the bed and the dirt in the channels of the shower door. First thing I saw when I placed the bath mat on floor. Kind of made bath feel gross.”

”I am so late with this review but better late than never lol. My family and I stayed during Mother's Day weekend and we absolutely had a ball. I want to say a special Thank you to Bianca and Hilary they made our family feel so welcomed and we will be returning. Thanks Everyone”

”Keskitasoinen, hieman kulunut, siisti hotelli. Huone hiljainen ja sänky hyvä. Parhainta oli huoneen hintaan kuulunut haku ja vienti lentoasemalle itse haluttuun aikaan. Sopii kohtuuhintaisena, jos joutuu yöpymään lentojen yhteydessä. ”

”The room was decent. They did some upgrades to make it look nicer. The check in guy the day we came was nice but the guy we called to get a shuttle back from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on us. They do NOT have a hot tub or pool. Pictures showed a hot tub there isn’t one. Cops were there when we arrived as well as someone sleeping outside across on the lawn so probably not a safe place to be a single woman or bring kids to.”
