Owner asked for suggestions to make stay better for renters reached lit said I would not leave a negitive review However after sending photos of all,the issues and suggestions of finding a new cleaning service I never heard back fro the owner so therefore I would hate to have a future renter to experience the lack of cleanliness as you can see the issues mold on ceiling and on shower curtain filth under refrigerator dust on curtain folds vent dirty drips on kitchen cabinets and dried food on kitchen colander to just list a few issues So future renters be advised this unit was definitely not up to proper cleanliness!

We really enjoyed our trip, this was our 5th year staying at the Tennis Resort. Apart from a few small cleanliness issues that the owner was quick to resolve and a lack of kitchen utensils (silverware) it was a great vacation.

Mold on the ceiling

I wouldn’t have had any issues if there wasn’t mold growing on the ceilings. When we walked in we were immediately hit by the smell. I contacted the owner on the first day to get someone to clean it up. The owner said someone would get sent to clean the mold but no one came the entire week we were there. I was the one who slept in the living room and dealt with sinus issues as a result. It was disappointing being told the issue would get resolved then being completely ignored.

Great vacation

Loved staying at this condo for many reasons, the most kid friendly condo, which is very helpful for my family. There was plenty of space and room and to not worry about things being upset or broken. Jeremy was quick to respond to any needs/questions I had, and made check in super easy. Not to mention the amazing view from the balcony. Overall, would stay in his condo again if the availability is open next year :) Especially because my parents are in the same building my older kiddos were so happy to go right down stairs to visit.

Only think I liked was location of condo. The smell was horrible, I could barely breathe in their - I don't know if it was from the actual dust and what looked like mold on the ceiling near the vents which were covered in dust - or if there was something sprayed to try to cover it, I had to leave the sliding door open to breathe. I did not get parking passes for my arrival and spent about 1.5 hours trying to get parking so I could get through the gates to the condo. After driving almost 6 hours. Very disappointing experience. Not sure where exceptional reviews some from. Paid a lot for this too. Also bike rental company onsite gave us a bike with a broken chain that fell off about 20 minutes into ride...we had to walk back. They should check all bikes before renting them.

Nice stay for long weekend

We enjoyed our stay, the location was close to everything and the walk to beach/pool wasn’t far. Our family had fun and we’d definitely come back here.

Great Stay!

We had an awesome stay here! The room was clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again! However there is only one elevator in the building and its a fairly long walk to the elevator from this room. All in all, we had a great stay here.

Always a pleasure staying in Jeremy’s unit. He was quick to resolve a problem we had with the door lock. New lock installed on Christmas Eve. We really appreciate everything he did.

Thanksgiving Weekend

This was a great place to stay in the off-season for an extremely reasonable rate. The unit could use a few updates, but with the excellent price point, I was more than okay without the updates. Very clean and excellent communication with owner!

Nice small place by the beach.

Arrived late and serached again for check in directions. Found that the host said they would send an email that needed to be printed off to show security. We never received the email. We did get the code to unlock the door but no email for security or showing which condo number we were staying in. The host did however leave a pass for us at security and it had the condo number on it and we were able to get in with only a slight explanation and a small delay at security. The condo was clean except for. The fan in the bed room had so much dust on the edge of the blades it did not move any air and we had to clean it all up to get it to work.

Spent another 2 weeks at this condo. Had a great stay. Absolutely love the view from the balcony. Unit had everything we needed. Jeremy was so kind and was able to extend our stay. Will be back again.

Overall, the Villa was nice, the 1st day the villa was quiet, and the owner / host provided everything needed to get off to a good start. Also, the necessity items- bedding, eating utensils and fire extinguishers were available. The communication was good when problems would arise. It is an older property, so things that go along with that are understood like mold and dust. There was an excess of Black Mold on the vents, especially in the Living room. Also, Mold was growing on the ceiling. However, my peace was disturbed by the daily, very loud fire alarm. The fire alarm went off 5 times during my stay. 2 times in the evening and 3 times early in the morning. Although, there was a hint of smoke, the firemen continued to come out and report it was a faulty alarm system. Because of the recent scare of an old Condo collapsing in FL, I checked out earlier than plan. Although, the villa / condos are old, safety items (alarm systems, mold, mildew) have to be checked and a thorough deep cleaning (Spring & Fall) must be done in addition to cleaning the floors, the couch, the couch pillows and vacuuming carpet, especially on the outer deck or the $120.00 cleaning charge should be refunded.

Great little spot

If u are looking for a budget friendly spot to relax close to the beach, this is it. If u are looking for a boujie 5 star resort experience this isn't it just know what u are looking for. That being said this place was more economical than most of the hotels and the hotels all had aweful reviews. This condo is a quick walk to the beach, easy drive to everywhere, hot showers with good pressure, comfy main bed and free wifi,. The bunk beds are kinda small so maybe not great if u have teens coming with u but i would book here again in a heart beat. Owner has excellent.communication. i have no complaints!

Relaxing holiday getaway

My wife and I spent a week here over the holidays to relax and play some golf. This was our second time staying at the Beach and Tennis Resort, but our first time in this particular condo. Pros: Resort is very nice, lots of amenities with the beach, pickleball/tennis, biking, and restaurant. Close to golf, restaurants, bike trails, and other attractions outside the resort. Owner was helpful and very responsive. Check-in and access to condo was simple and easy. Plenty of bath towels were provided. Cons: Unit was simply not clean. Bugs crawling on the floor and in cabinets. Floors were dirty and clearly hadn't been swept or mopped between stays. Balcony was dirty and seemed to be tilting uncomfortably away from the building. Pillows on the couch smelled awful of body odor. Headboard on bed was broken. Several towel bars/hangers in the bathroom were broken. Microwave was disgustingly dirty. Toaster burnt everything and set off smoke alarm every time. Kitchen utensils and cookware was very limited, some needed to be cleaned before use. Extra paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags were not provided. Beach items and cleaning supplies (vacuum and broom) were just thrown in a closet, dirty, and not effective to use. Unit looked nothing like pictures on listing, so if you are booking based on eye appeal, do not book here. Not really sure why we were charged a cleaning fee when it was pretty clear this unit gets very little cleaning attention.

Beautiful area, and plenty of towels, but found room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Also, wasnt given enough information on exact location so had issues finding place.
