”The property was as described and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the shade provided by the under house area. Very nice perk having a refrigerator there. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard offered privacy. The kitchen was very well supplied. The house overall was very comfortable. The only thing we could have asked for is a toilet downstairs for pool days. The walk to the beach is pretty long in the heat of summer. ”

Just wish that the online description would have included more of the items provided; they provide more than in the description and we could have avoided bringing extra items! Home was an excellent place for a large family vacation.”

”Close proximity to beach. All appliances are new. We were the first to use the outdoor grill and the air fryer! The complimentary wagon was useful for our daily jaunts to the beach. Bring bug spray no getting around that. Inside was clean. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed”

”Place was spectacular, clean, and awesome location. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to all the great spots in sea pines. We had four families with 6 teenagers and had plenty of room and everyone loved the house. Owner was easy to reach and sent easy instructions for check in and check out!Highly recommend!”
