”Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!”

”Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!”

”If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

”We had a great stay at this house. It was comfortable and clean, and had a great big window for watching wildlife outside! The host was very prompt in communicating. Central a/c worked great!”

”The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. ”

”Check in was very easy and the house was spacious. The host left coffee pods, coffee creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner for our convenience, which was really nice. However, it was beyond dirty. ”
