An open kitchen area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven with microwave, coffee maker to choose from.

One bedroom with double bed 200x200 cm, separate mattresses.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and rain shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and WC.

Hilzingen is located in the volcanic region of Hegau, directly on the Swiss border and with its own access road to the A81.

It is an ideal starting point to get to know the Hegau with its castles and volcanic landscape, as well as western Lake Constance, which is approx. 18 km away. The best way to do this is on a hike on the premium hiking trails, which lead through beautiful forests and meadows, or by bike on either side of the Swiss border.

Hilzingen offers very good shopping facilities and there is a public transport connection directly in front of the house. A swimming pool, mini golf and tennis court are just a few minutes' walk away. Singen, the Hohentwielstadt, with Cano Shopping Center is only 5 km away.

The apartment is in a good location and faces south. As a guest you have a parking lot directly at the house.
