Nauti hetki nauttiaksesi henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Rapalee Retreatista! Tämä hiljaisella, yksityisellä ajotiellä sijaitseva upea talo tarjoaa modernia muotoilua ja erilaisia houkuttelevia mukavuuksia, jotka varmasti vetoavat kaiken ikäisille vieraille.

Peitetty autokatos tarjoaa kätevän paikan purkamiseen ja johtaa avoimeen, tilavaan keittiöön. Kvartsi työtasoilla, ylimitoitettu keittiösaari ja hyväpalkkaiset laitteet tarjoavat vieraille runsaasti tilaa aterioiden valmistukseen ja tarjoiluun. Ruokasali sijaitsee aivan katettuun terassiin johtavien pariovien sisäpuolella, ja se on ihanteellinen paikka nauttia järvinäköalasta ruokailla joko sisä- tai ulkopuolella. Suuri huone tarjoaa 55 tuuman taulu-kaapeli-tv: n ja mukavan poikkipalkin rentoutumiseen. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja lumoava pääkylpy, jossa on täysin kaakeloitu suihku ja tupla-lavuaarit, sijaitsevat aulan ulkopuolella, joka voidaan sulkea oleskelutilasta tasku-ovella ylimääräisen äänen nukkumista varten. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, josta on kauniit näkymät järvelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuode. Bonushuone ylimääräiseen nukkumiseen yhdessä jauhehuoneen kanssa ovat kätevästi keittiön ulkopuolella. Bonushuoneessa on täysikokoinen ja erillinen sänky, joka sopii lapsille.

Alemmalla tasolla on epävirallinen rec-huone, jossa on pingispöytä, foosball, yksi futon-sohva ja toinen kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Katettu grillausalue on alemman tason ovien ulkopuolella, jolloin vieraat voivat grillata varjossa tai huonolla säällä.

Kääri kuisti / kansi kulkee autokatospajasta talon eteen järvelle päin, ja on erinomainen paikka nauttia näkymistä. Palokammio sijaitsee talon alla pihalla nauttimaan ilta nuotioista ja loistavasta seuralaisesta! Kahden hehtaarin pihalla sinulla on runsaasti tilaa nauttia kaikista ulkopeleistä, joita perhe voi haluta.

Lyhyen ajomatkan tai kävelymatkan päässä Rapalee-tieltä vie 40 metriä järvenrantaa, satamalaiturin kanssa uinnille, auringonotolle tai kalastukselle. Kajakin ja nurmikon tuolit tarjotaan vieraiden nautinnolle oleskelunsa aikana. Vaikka kausitelakkaa ei ole pystytty kiinnittämään venettä, alle 2 mailin päässä on julkinen veneiden lasku veneille, jotka tuovat veneen mukanansa.

Koti sijaitsee asuinalueella sijaitsevalla lomakeskuksella, joka mahdollistaa upeat iltakävelyt pitkin vettä tai valintasi kahdesta ravintolasta. Rapalee Retreat sijaitsee Seneca-järviviini- ja olutpolun sydämessä vain muutaman minuutin päässä useista hienoista viinitiloista, panimoista, ravintoloista ja tuulimyllyn maatila- ja käsityömarkkinoista. Watkins Glen ja Geneve ovat vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, samoin kuin Penn Yan ja Keuka Lake -viinirata.

Absolutely amazing!

I can’t say enough about this property, they had everything we could possibly need and more! Lots of pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. Top of the line appliances (no Keurig but not a big deal). There’s a closet full of games and books for when you’re not out exploring the beautiful area. Gorgeous sunrises over the lake and not to mention the beautiful decor!…and everything was pristine! The one very minor downfall was that we couldn’t get the Buffalo Bills game on the tv as there is no cable or antenna. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend.

Surrounded by nature

This is our third summer here. We like this place very much. Great open living space. Loved the new sofa. Birder's paradise. Ate all our meals on the patio, enjoying Mother Nature. Downside was that there was neither cable nor satellite for the TV.

Wonderful Sisters Weekend

The house was very comfortable and homey. Loved the colors. They thought of everything. Extra blankets in the LR to keep you warm while curled up on the couch chatting, night lights, the simple things :) The view of the lake was nice too :). Other than the weather, we had a wonderful sisters weekend and it felt like home :)

Perfect Wine Weekend

This was our 2nd year staying here for a long weekend…it’s perfect. Great location to access all of the wineries, the house was very clean and spacious, and the fire pit is a perfect way to end the day. We plan on being back again next year.

Sister's Trip

This property was amazing - deer, woodchucks, and chipmunks regularly came to check us out. Both patios looked amazing - however, we arrived just as hurricane Ophilia made it to the area, so it was cool, overcast and rainy for all but one of the days so we were not able to fully enjoy the outdoors. We did a chartered wine tour, drove around the lake and went to several more by ourselves, hiked to the waterfalls at Watkins Glen state park. It was so peaceful and quiet, but so close to many attractions. We will be highly recommending the property management service, and specifically this property in the future

Awesome views

We were thoroughly impressed with the Rapalee home. The views were spectacular, depending on your mood you could view the lake or you could view nature. We enjoyed the lake access and being able to relax on the dock by the water. The house provided all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. We hope to return again soon.

Cost effective and fun stay

My girlfriends and I loved this property. It was centrally located for wineries and breweries. Most impressively - there was a lot to actually do at the house. They had floaties, noodles, kayaks, etc. (we were unable to take advantage because of the smoke from the wildfires in Canada). The home itself was well furnished. We did run across two issues - the AC system was acting up and the previous guests had left plastic in the dishwasher that had clogged it. BUT - ding - ding - ding - we called the night we checked in and someone was there at 10am to fix it both issues. We had a great time visiting wineries and when we got back, we cooked at the house, played ladder ball, cornhole, and other games they had at the home. Bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable - and the linens came in clean, plastic bags which was awesome. It is a half-mile walk down to the dock. That was very nice each morning - got us up and moving after enjoying coffee on the porch. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Beautiful home with well-appointed kitchen

We spent Thanksgiving at this property and found it had ALL we needed in the kitchen to cook a full meal. The open plan living/dining/kitchen worked well for conversation, cooking, and games. Ping-pong in the basement was a perk! The lake view (and sunrise over the lake) was spectacular. It's a quiet location - perfect for your family getaway.

Lovely, comfortable and clean

An awesome vacation with a beautiful view. The open space in front of the home was a refreshing change from the city. The numerous stars at night with no light pollution to spoil it. A light dusting of snow only added to our experience a cozy feeling from the expansive bank of sliders facing the lake. Just wonderful!!!

Absolutely Perfect

This was a perfect location to hit all of the wineries and a an absolutely perfect house. The house was very clean and very peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. This will be our annual place to stay.
