”We booked an accessible room at this hotel, since my husband is a paraplegic. The parking was ample, and it was easy to get to our room from the parking lot, which matters to my wheelchair-bound husband. Check-in was quick. The room was comfortably clean, with only some minor details that hadn't been touched in a while. The bathroom was spacious for a wheelchair, but most of the rest of the room was inaccessible to my husband due to spacing between the bed and the TV console. He was barely...

”We did not like that we didn't get new towels for the next day. We needed to go to Dollar General to buy us some.”

”Upon arrival the heat was unbearable! My 92 year old father in-law asked to go somewhere else. The hotel clerk/manager stated that it would not be a problem and that he would refund both our rooms. Only, one room was refunded.....Lies, Lies, Lies. So sorry they would not keep their promise....”

”What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche!”

”All in all a good place to stay for the price. The bathroom was quite small, as the door would scrap against the toilet bowl when shutting or opening the door. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.”

”Shower didn't work. Staff outside smoking by front door. Manager was no where to be found. Front entrance looked like garbage. The only...I stress the only thing decent about this one week stay was the guy that watched over breakfast.”

”Not sure where the 10/10 reviews are coming from, this hotel needs a complete re-do. We had black mold in our room and should have just left. It sounds like there is new management, so hopefully they can try to right the ship because this place will only get worse with time. Great location, but that is where it begins and ends. Spend a few extra bucks and stay in Mantoon, you will be glad you did.”
