”It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

”We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you”

”Great neighborhood, great place. Clean and all amenities required. Facility has a bed in a separate room and a bed next to living area. Not 2 separate rooms.”

”Todo bien. Solo antes de dormir no olvides cerrar las persianas para que no te despierte la luz del día.”

”Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run”

”It's a nice place to stay and has three double bed so can accommodate 4-5 people comfortable for the apartment hotel. Communication is good options through website message or call directly. Neighborhood is very convenient and 5-7 minutes walk to station. Near the station, there are all kinds of restaurants. The best place we tried were Taisei Yakiniku BBQ place and Sanzen sushi place. We did eat 3 times in Taisei Yakiniku BBQ though. Both are very affordable and quality is too good to be...

”We we’re a group of four and this was perfect in every way. Really nice and quiet neighborhood with a great location. Bus and train stops are a easy walking distance away. The apartment itself has everything you need for a nice stay. The staff kept us informed, if there was something we needed to know. Can recommend!”

”Spacious, quiet location, easy check in process etc. rooms were clean and had all of the necessary items for a stay. Would recommend some flexibility with check in and check out timing where possible but otherwise amazing place and would recommend again.”

”Great, quiet, respectful place in the midst of a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms are just the right size to be cozy and personal, while the bunks are spacious and offer perfect privacy.”
