”Very clean ”

”Another great stay at the Hinton Ramada. The front desk staff is always so lovely to deal with and always accommodate my cat with no issues. The breakfast is also a nice bonus with good variety, but it’s the wonderful staff that keep me returning. Thanks Ramada for another great stay! Will be back on my next business trip, again. ”

”The so called heated pool was cold . The hot tub was in opperable . Although they provide a decent breakfast there really is now where to eat in the hotel . Staff was nice .”

”I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming.”

”Rooms are a bit dated but decently clean. The place is essentially deserted so it makes for a quiet stay. Does make you nervous when you show up and there is only one car in the parking lot and all the other hotels lots are full. Really for the price you can’t go wrong. We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Not sure I would stay there is we needed more than one night.”

It is definitely not a luxury stay, but we liked the convenience of its location, the breakfast that was included even though variety is limited. they served the same food daily during our 4-day stay. The view was nice and they have outdoor seating. if you would like to enjoy your food outdoors. the place was conveniently located and near the skybridge. it was a quiet town, we were able to have a good night’s sleep and the beds were comfortable. they...

”Considering the hotel was under construction, our stay was clean and quiet. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was also the best we've seen; a refreshing stay. We'll be back! ”

”No hot water, heat was off in the room and took until midnight to start getting warmer. Faucet not working and drain was plugged and leaking from drain pipe. ”

”Everything is perfect at that hotel except for the breakfast. It is the most basic and dry breakfast you can have. Migh mt as well say they don't offer breakfast.”

”The Holiday Inn Express in Hinton is an incredible hotel. The building is new and everything is in great condition. More importantly. The staff is on par with places like The Ritz-Carlton. Their attentiveness, professionalism and politeness isn’t something that you expect at normal hotels. If I could give 6/5 stars I would. ”

”This place was the cheapest in the region at this point, so I picked that one. Great road from Jasper to Hinton, so those 80 km is just a pleasure to drive-animals, nice views. Good restaurant in same building, so there is no need to go out. very quiet at night, even next to big road. Free coffee available, polite service. A bit boring, as TV offered not too much channels. And microwave was not functioning properly. But: cheaper than in Jasper anyway! ”

”The woman who checked me in was pleasant and the room was clean and nice. The woman who checked me out in the morning on the other hand: completely rude and unprofessional. She was also the one who put the breakfast out and at 8:30 (it’s from 8:00am-9:00am) myself and my son, and another French couple came to eat and they had a couple sausages, completely watered down coffee and a completely empty water cooler.
