This was my second stay at this Hotel and I came back because it was convenient, we had a spacioius room, same 4 guests and tbe staff were pleasant. The person who checked me in said he has owned it more than 10 years and there had been no changes, but there were.
He had already decided to put us in a room for 2 people, there were 2 sets of towels and 3 !pillows for each bed. The room was small but we adjusted to that. Their unwillingness to wirk with us because we used Expedia to get a great deal was appalling. They didnt care about customer service.
Housekeeping was very nice and persons working the desk at night were civil and helpful. These 2 guys would go out of their way keep from saying hello.
The beds actually slept very well. We were all really tired from travel and some sick, so most of us slept between our events.
I had softened toward my position but when I went to check out the owner just pointed his finger at tbe desk and barked "just leave the keys in the desk." He was nothing short if rude!
I will stay further outor closer to my neice and nephews homes the next time I come, it doesnt matter the cost. Good service and hospitality is what I was paying for and the Owner and his backup could use a good lesdon in both.
