”Wonderful vacation for our extended family of nine. Beautiful house, perfect location and outstanding staff including Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria who were willing and always available to accommodate all of our wants and needs. One of the highlights of our trip was to visit the Ecological Center located nearby. Truly enjoyed the natural beauty along with swimming in the amazing crystal-clear ponds.”

”The staff and everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good, a little bland but I’m sure they can’t spice things up too much for everyone’s liking. The WiFi was spotty at times, we placed 2 orders for room service since we had 2 rooms and after 2 hours they closed and we never received either room service order. Fans should’ve been put over the beds rather than over the table. Excursions were awesome, we really enjoyed those. Only thing was the safari took 3 hours...

”Stayed at the majestic colonial for 6 days. It was an amazing time. Stayed at the colonial club adults only part of the hotel which includes a butler which never seen him after we checked in. Besides that everything was amazing. Staff is very friendly and entertainment crew was amazing.”

”Its a little older resort. I didnt care for the butler they provided and I tricked to listening to a time share pitch. Staff was great. Food was okay. I couldnt book the spa even though I asked the butler. I enjoyed myself. Activities were fun”

”Beautiful resort. Invested to the view. Food is average in all restaurants except French , Hoya 19 and on adult side one; better bar lounges on palace side. Bad organized all restaurants . Missing a lot of information for stay . Not so nice beach and missing umbrellas from the beach . Bars far alway from the beach . Flamingo on golf side ! Unfortunately the Premium level in accordance higher price do not get so much as could be. No alcohol to the rooms , no feeling any special:(”
