”The room was clean and had a nice view of the city plus a balcony area. We took our cat on this trip and in the room there was a little bed for the cat and bowls for water and food. So thoughtful and accommodating. It was easy to explore Santiago because everything was nearby from the hotel location - and McDonalds was across the street. Convenient! ”

”We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! Everything was perfect for spending both Christmas and New Year here. There was plenty of great entertainment and activities, so there was always something to enjoy.
The staff were truly wonderful so friendly, kind, and always helpful. A special thank you to Rosalba, Saimy, beach bar workers and even though I can’t remember everyone’s names, there were so many lovely people who made our stay extra special.
This was a perfect holiday in every way,...

”The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast.”
