Lo mejor de este Hotel es el servicio profesional de sus trabajadores, son muy amables y te hacen sentir bien todo el tiempo. Mi agradecimiento al Mayordomo Jesús que nos atendió excelentemente y estuvo pendiente de nuestras peticiones. Mi unica recomendacion es mejorar el mobiliario de las habitaciones y remodelación de su baño. Mi calificación de 5 Estrellas para este excelente Hotel.”

”Excellent food, great place to rest. Professional staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only problem is that they have an online system that does not work to make restaurant reservations, but if you bring it up to your butler’s attention, he will do it for you. ”

”When we arrived at Paradisus Punta Cana we were greeted by 4 pink flamingos in hotel lobby (small pond inside the lobby).That was great. Reception staff were selling us a Royal Service upgeade.First the price was over $800/ 9 nights extra, but in the end we got a discounted rate $600/ 9 nights/ 2 people. We bought it.Reception staff told us that with Royal Service upgrade we would get for example access to the adults only pool and bar,Royal Service lounge,Lapalapa restaurant and private beach...
