”Marsha at the front desk is amazing. The rooms are updated and a nice size. They are very clean with one exception- the walls above the bed were covered with dust. This is a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

”Pool was very dirty, elevator looked like it was beat up. Great location but priced a bit high for the overall condition of the property. Room was dated and bathroom was old. Fan in bathroom was very loud. Breakfast was decent and staff always said hello…but was never provided the wifi password by staff checking us in. I thought it was also odd that their staff used all the prime parking spots close to doors. ”

”There was hair in the shower, I was told there wasn’t shuttle parking when we arrived but when I booked it said there was, I was told i didn’t have to pay for parking then when I came in to show them my receipt for the uber (was told I’d be compensated) I was then told my car would’ve been towed if I left since I didn’t pay for parking (was told the evening before by staff I only had to pay after 8days of parking). Will never be returning to this facility.”

”1. Construction on every floor, was not made aware. And couldn't use pool. 2. I originally booked the room for $174 + a $50 security fee thatd get returned. They tried charging me $290 before the fee. But luckily I had the reservation on hand and they honored the $224 and eventually returned the fee. 3. Side door kept getting propped open by I assume the construction workers. But when items were removed by those of us staying there, another item magically appeared not long after. Front desk...

The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...
