”The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the two elevators were broken. Made for a long wait for elevator. No fault of the staff though. Would recommend.”

”Extremely comfortable beds and good shower. Big room. Good breakfast. Only thing I would change is to get a room on the north side of building. On south side, I-70 traffic is noisy.”

”Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! ”

”They did not have a shuttle driver always available. It was an inconvenience to fly away. Had to Uber thinking I had a shovel service.”

”Everything was fine with a few minor exceptions. The heating and cooling system was missing a door over the controls which threw substainal light into the room at night. They had a new TV system and did not provide a guide to the stations. Also the new TV system do not carry any of the major broadcast ststions.”

”When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.”

”The staff were infrequently at the desk. I attempted to check in at 5, but was told there were no rooms available that been cleaned. I had come back. Upon arrival my room had one towel, one washcloth, three tissues and no body soap. That was fixed the next day day, but on the morning there was no hot water. After 45 minutes it began to get warm, but did not have time to wait. The front desk did not answer the phone when I tried to report it.”

”Everything was really good up on checking in and checking out. The rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and understandable. My granddaughter loves the pool, which was nice and clean as well. That’s what I love. Also, is that the rooms if you’re hot, the AC will cool you up real quickly and if you’re cold, the heat works wonderfully. The staff was really great, especially the manager. I forgot his name, but he wears his hair in a ponytail he was super awesome and help me with all my...
