”The hotel is still pretty from the outside but our room in the North tower was very run down The dresser was on its last legs. The drawers were broken and would not stay closed. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were...
