”The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay.”

”Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night”

”If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, this property fits the bill. There's no pool, breakfast, or coffee, but there is a very nice coffee shop on property. The staff, to a person, were very helpful and courteous. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”
