”Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.”

”I stayed 4 days with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience, the room super clean, the housekeeping staff very attentive, good location for the beach and restaurants, I will return soon, I recommend it 100%”

”The property was great for the walk to the beach. I wish that the pool on the property had been cleaner.My two complaints were..... I had to wait for my door code for over 40 minutes after check in time. Also there were no umbrellas at the property for the beach, would have had to drive a mile and go to another beach to use the complimentary beach umbrellas.”

”Decoration and perfect location”

”Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

”Rooms are pretty sound proof and the room has blackout shades. My family slept till past 11:00 am every day of our stay and check out is at noon so slept good every day. We brought our pet and check in and out was easy. We missed breakfast so cannot say much about it but I smelled them cooking up a buffet from my room every morning.”

”The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.”
